Initial Hypnotherapy Session (In Person)

Your first hypnotherapy session is a comprehensive and supportive introduction to working together. This session is designed to fully understand your needs and ensure the approach we use feels right for you.

We will begin with a detailed assessment, where we explore your goals, relevant history, and current circumstances. This allows us to identify what you would like to change and what may be influencing it. Together, we will create a personalised plan tailored to your specific needs and what you feel will be most helpful for you.

The session will also include hypnosis, giving you the opportunity to experience the process in a safe, relaxed, and guided way. Hypnosis is always collaborative—you remain in control at all times—and is adapted to suit your comfort level and goals.

This first session lays the foundation for future work, providing clarity, direction, and a focused starting point for meaningful change.
